Polyplex
Soil reinforcement with jet-grout (jet-2) system of the new factory of Polyplex Resins A.S., located in the European Free Zone, Corlu. In this project of which the original tender includes bored pile + jet-grouting, 50 % cost saving has been achieved by implementing a value engineering solution using the jet-grouting system. In this project 26.000 m of jet grout columns (ø60 cm) have been constructed. Jet grout construction has been achieved using the jet-2 method. Single and group load tests have been carried out within the scope of quality control tests.
